Redid Luna a bit, changed her outfit slightly, QuQ so happy for AA's revamp.  <3

:edit:  Added her info part, changed a lot of her story, powers and things and hopefully fleshed her out a bit, but i might still tweak her here and there a bit.

☆ Alchemy without a circle - She's one of the very few beings alive, capable of doing alchemy without drawing a circle first.  She's still bound by the law of equivalent exchange. 
☆ Space magic - Luna possesses the ability to use space magic, what this entails is she can use magic to create portals into the space between realities, she also has an impressive knowledge about this space between realities, and she commands the respect of the entities and creatures that live there so she can summon some of these creatures to do her bidding in our reality.}

_{Luna is first and foremost a witch, and like most witches, she is mysterious and very mischievous, quirky could also probably best describe her.  She is very mysterious in the ways her powers work and believes that a lady(specially a witch) should have an air of mystery about her.  She guards a lot of secrets, about her past, her powers, her true intentions for most things she does as well as her age.  She's mischievous and enjoys playing the occasional prank on her students, or scare them half to death.  Her go to pranks usually involve her ability to age shift, and giving students bad news when she treated them in the Infirmary, but her pranks are not limited to that.  She's very playful and enjoys making things a bit interesting for herself and her students, usually at someone else's expense might i add.  Luna is very quirky in her behavior, which makes her actions very hard to read or predict, you never know what she'll do next.  Luna is very impatient, because she's always been a gifted witch and smarter than her piers, she's very impatient when someone doesn't get something right away, or when she doesn't get her way the moment she asks for something to be done.  Luna is vain, there is no other way around it, she's very into her own look and abilities, this is also why she's forever single, she's in love with herself and no one lives up to her high standards.}

Background:

_{Luna was born into this world with a silver spoon(or rather wand) in her mouth.  Her family a very wealthy one, with powerful Witches and warlocks in their family tree.  Luna was born the only child and as soon as she reached school going age she went to the best magical academy money could pay for.  There little Luna excelled in all her classes, became captain of her Quiditch team and was just all around a very well off and popular student.
After graduating she went to live with her Aunt on Earth in a town named Salem, there a large portion of Earth's magical community settled.  Luna studied Alchemy under her Aunt before the Salem which trials started and she had to escape, her aunt was captured and hanged. (her aunt loved the humans and didn't want to harm them when they came for her, she was hanged for her trust in them)  
When Luna lost her aunt she didn't want to return to her family in the other realm, and instead traveled Earth, studying Alchemy from human masters. She became very skilled in the art of Alchemy, while also strengthening her skills in her family's space magic.
When Luna returned home she discovered her entire family, the Knight witches and warlocks, have been eradicated by another prominent family within the witching world. Unable to find a way to bring her family back using magic, she pursued a way using Alchemy that might restore the Knight family.
She studied Alchemy and the more forbidden branches of Alchemy and soon enough, she reached her goal. Unfortunately this mysterious 'thing' she created couldn't restore her family's lives, and she had to make peace with it. She still uses this 'thing', and even though it couldn't restore her family, it had other uses.
Luna moved into her family's old mansion and lived there for a while before an old friend of her's contacted her for a teaching position at her old Academy, she took the job and moved there, leaving her staff back at her mansion to hold the fort.}

Extra:

_{☾ Luna might be the only witch left with her family's kind of space magic(though she had many cousins and such so you never know~ )
☾ Luna has a cat called Crescent that came from the space between realities, he acts as her familiar and she's had him since she was a child.  
☾ Luna can't swim and tends to avoid water(she doesn't melt thankfully o/ )}
